Shipping Insurance
All packages shipped within Germany and weigh above 2 kg include liability of up to EUR 500 in the event of loss or damage. All packages shipped within the EU (excluding Germany) and weigh above 2 kg include transport insurance up to EUR 500. Insured rates for all packages shipped within the EU and weigh 2kg or less are available at an additional cost upon checkout. For orders with cart totals of more than EUR 500, additional transport insurance for up to EUR 1,000 is available at an additional cost upon checkout. Selecting the insured rate when shipping to Switzerland or other non-EU European countries, the entire value of your purchased products are covered up to EUR 1,000.
Shipping costs for delivery to Switzerland and non-EU countries:
Import customs clearance, import taxes and duties shall be borne by the recipient. These costs will be billed directly by the respective forwarding or parcel services. This means our goods will be shipped untaxed and duty unpaid to Switzerland and non-EU countries. Please note that German VAT will not be charged.
The freight cost is a flat fee that covers transportation and import customs clearance. It may not include any of the expenses incurred by the customs office and/or import sales tax. These duties are determined by the products, price, size and weight and are payable by the recipient. A customs duty itself is usually not the case since our products are considered preferential goods with exclusively European origin. Delivery
Purchases are typically shipped within 4-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination.
Information about the calculation of the delivery date
For direct bank transfers, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after issuing the payment order to the referring bank and ends on the last day of the deadline. For other payment methods, the deadline for delivery begins the day after conclusion of the contract and ends on the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a recognised public holiday, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
